How did it all start? After spending 10 years in accounting and marketing, working with all kinds of businesses— from small startups to big players — I started to notice something. Clients weren’t just asking me for the usual services; they needed help with various operational and administrative tasks. But what they really needed was someone to see the whole picture. I realized that without clear priorities, everything feels urgent, and it’s easy for businesses to feel stuck.
That’s why in 2024 I started Rooted Business, in an attempt to utilize my expertise to revolutionize the traditional consulting landscape. It’s not about offering another cookie-cutter service.
